Your area of responsibility

Act as the central point of contact for existing and future customers across all project phases, from sales to implementation and ongoing service
Conduct detailed needs analyses and provide tailored consulting solutions
Take responsibility for system configuration during project implementation
Support the development team by translating customer and business requirements into clear product-related input

Your profile

Completed education or training in logistics, software, or organization, combined with initial relevant professional experience
Analytical and structured working style with strong communication skills
Ability to advise customers effectively and contribute to successful project implementation
Motivation to continuously develop both technical expertise and personal skills
Very good English skills; additional foreign language skills are an advantage
Willingness to travel approximately 50%

IT collective agreement minimum salary: € 4,061 gross per month, with a clear willingness to overpay depending on qualifications and professional experience
