redPILOT GmbH is a young, successful and internationally active subsidiary of KNAPP AG. redPILOT develops innovative software - an "autopilot" - to optimise the use of resources in intralogistics.

Your area of responsibility

• Through intensive discussions with our potential customers, you develop a clear picture about how redPILOT is able to optimise their operations
• Based on this knowledge, you will configure our Operational Excellence software and guide our development team in case of new product requirements
• You will be the key contact for specific customers, responsible through all phases starting with sales, project implementation, as well as service for “your” customers.

Your profile

• You enjoy dealing with customers and other KNAPP organizations.
• You have an education/experience in logistics, software, organization and/or management.
• You are customer- and success-oriented, work independently, are communicative and creative.
• You have an analytical and systematic way of working.
• You have a pronounced understanding of processes.
• You can abstract and find the right methods to communicate effectively.
• You are willing to continuously develop your professional knowledge and personal skills.
• You are fluent in written and spoken English, other foreign languages are an advantage.
• Your willingness to travel amounts to approx. 50%.
