Account Manager - Service Relation Management (m/fd)

We are currently looking to strengthen our teams in Hart bei Graz, Atlanta (USA) and Lognes (France).

• In this position, you will be responsible for supporting our international customers on all service topics
• By actively shaping the customer relationship, you ensure long-term customer loyalty to KNAPP
• Ambassador: You represent KNAPP to the outside world and are an ambassador at customers, trade fairs and events
• Voice of the customer: You are the voice of the customer in the KNAPP group and represent the interests of customers within the company
• Together with our customers, you develop system and service solutions for existing customer systems

• You have a basic technical understanding and ideally already have professional experience in a technical environment
• You enjoy working with people and see the sale of services and projects as an incentive
• After a training period at our headquarters (Graz) of approx. one year, you have the choice: Would you like to work permanently in Graz, Paris or Atlanta?
• You speak very good English and possibly French
• You are service-oriented, have strong communication skills, are reliable and have an interest in technology

The minimum salary for this position is EUR 3,219.17 gross per month. However, we offer a salary in line with the market depending on your qualifications and previous experience.
