- You are responsible for receiving support requests and handling and documenting them in a solution-oriented manner.
- You support our customers worldwide from our location in Graz.
- You analyze and solve issues related to existing logistics systems, thereby ensuring the availability of the conveyor technology systems.
- You are willing to travel across the globe during the training phase to build up your know‑how.
- After completing your KNAPP training, you have no problem working in shifts.
- You have the opportunity to increase your salary by taking on on-call duties.

- You have a technical education (HTL, FH, university) with a focus on electrical engineering.
- You have initial knowledge in PLC programming, ideally with Siemens S7 and TIA Portal.
- You speak good English and German.
- You are a team player, but working independently and accurately is also among your strengths.
