  • You are responsible for receiving support requests and handling and documenting them in a solution-oriented manner.
  • You support our customers worldwide from our location in Graz.
  • You analyze and solve issues related to existing logistics systems, thereby ensuring the availability of the conveyor technology systems.
  • You are willing to travel across the globe during the training phase to build up your know‑how.
  • After completing your KNAPP training, you have no problem working in shifts.
  • You have the opportunity to increase your salary by taking on on-call duties.

  • You have a technical education (HTL, FH, university) with a focus on electrical engineering.
  • You have initial knowledge in PLC programming, ideally with Siemens S7 and TIA Portal.
  • You speak good English and German.
  • You are a team player, but working independently and accurately is also among your strengths.
