• You are responsible for the organizational and technical leadership in the Strategic Development Implementation department
• You act as an expert and technical contact person for your team members and other departments
• Together with your manager, you will develop concepts and strategies for the further development of your team and area of responsibility
• Ensuring a smooth process flow in your area of responsibility is just as much a part of your tasks as the timely and professional implementation of team tasks and goals
• Your work makes a significant contribution to facilitating the work of the global commissioning team and is therefore of particular strategic importance

• You have several years of experience in the field of PLC commissioning
• You have knowledge of Siemens Step 7 applications and their components as well as knowledge of software development
• You go the extra mile to successfully implement strategic projects and achieve departmental goals, whereby reliability and independence characterize you
• Your social skills and empathy support you in making well-founded decisions
• Openness and curiosity drive you to continuously develop personally and professionally

This position is remunerated with at least € 4,205 gross (KV for employees in the metal industry, VWGr V/i1u2J.). Our employees impress with their personality, talent and commitment.
