• Your main task is to lead a team of around 10 technicians who work on our projects in-house and worldwide
• You will develop your employees and prepare them for future challenges through continuous improvement and process optimization
• You are responsible for the areas of costs, quality and adherence to deadlines for your international projects

• You have several years of experience in the field of automation and control technology and are also very IT-savvy
• You have the ability to set goals, inspire employees and achieve them together
• You speak excellent German and English
• You spend a maximum of 20% of your working time on international business trips
