• With your team of around 10 employees, you train around 200 lmplementation engineers and customers in the office and on construction sites every year
• You develop concepts and strategies for the further development of our training courses
• You coordinate internal and external training courses, workshops and meetings
• You are responsible for the smooth implementation of team tasks and goals
• You develop your employees and prepare them for future challenges through continuous improvement and process optimization

• You have completed a basic technical education and have several years of experience in the field of adult education/technical training
• You have knowledge of Siemens applications with TIA Portal and its components or relevant knowledge of software development (C#, C++ or Java)
• You have the motivation to achieve departmental goals with your team and successfully implement your strategic projects
• You think in a solution-oriented way, are an analyst with high quality standards and inspire your employees to achieve set goals with you
• You are characterized by empathy, reliability, independent work and your ability to see the big picture
• You have a very good command of German and English

This position is remunerated with at least €4.250,- gross (KV for employees in the metal industry, VWGr V/ in 1u2J.). Our employees impress with their personality, talent and commitment. We therefore determine your gross salary individually with you. An overpayment of the above salary is possible depending on your professional qualifications and experience.
