Solution Project Lead (m/f/d)

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Solution Project Lead to lead and coordinate software projects from initiation through delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and proven experience managing cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, goals, timelines, resources, and budgets
• Coordinate with stakeholders to define project requirements and technical specifications
• Execute project plans, monitor progress, and adjust as necessary to ensure project milestones are met
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions
• Proactively address issues and obstacles to keep projects on track and within scope
• Allocate resources effectively to support project goals and timelines
• Coordinate with resource managers to ensure appropriate staffing levels and skill sets are available for project tasks
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans and status reports
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, including key milestones, risks, and mitigations strategies
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, including the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve project goals
• Experience with risk management, quality assurance, and resource allocation
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail

Your qualifications and skills:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, or a related technical management field. Advanced degree preferred
• Previous cloud software design contributor experience
• Experience as a Project Manager in full product development lifecycle projects from design inception to final production release
• Managerial skills, such as working with teams, scheduling, budgeting, and planning skills
• PMP certification or equivalent is a plus
• Experience with JIRA or a similar Project Management tool is a must
